Yes, mixer Gm-subtable parameters are fixed over frequency.
However, gain tables are not constant over frequency. There are three different tables that cover the whole operating frequency range.
How are you configuring the part? Are you using individual SPIWrites or ADI supplied drivers?
You should be using ADI supplied drivers to configure, initialize and operate the part. Use of the part by individual SPIWrites is not supported on Engineer Zone due to the complexity.

this table have only 77 index
In your application you would use the 2300MHz table. ad9361_load_gt function loads Analog Devices standard gain tables based on configuration and carrier frequency.
Gain tables can hold maximum of 90 gain indices. The tables do not use the whole table.
