Using these switches to route a 10MHz crystal oscillator signal on his board.  A recent batch of parts are showing extraneous spur around 40 to 100 Hz off the center frequency that previous parts didn't have.  Measuring the spur using agilent phase noise measurment equipment.  The frequency of the spur seems to be temperature dependance (40Hz around room temp, 100Hz when it's warmer).  These spurs appear to be way down >-100dBc but are having an effect on their product


Has there been any process changes to this device?  Any other thoughts as to why this is happening?  Is there anyway to mitigate this effect?
