CED1Z lockup issues

Hello:

My customer has issues with the CED1Z tool and evaluating the AD7760It works ok except if something goes wrong (power disconnect and reconnect) I need to restart the GUI.  Is there a setting that needs to be set or cleared that my customer is unaware of for proper operation?
