AD9549 programing sequence

Hi all.

My customer ask me about  AD9549 programing sequence.

His questions are following,

 

After setting following sequence A, it hapenns frequently that signal is not output at pin 34,35 and 38.

【Sequence A】
1. 0000h 98h write  change to 4-wire serial port mode
2. 0100h 30h write  open loop (single-tone out)
3. 030Ah 40h write  set pin s to be LOR
4. 030Bh 10h write  set pin s to be NotValid
5. 0100h 30h read   check the written data
6. 030Ah 40h read   check the written data
7. 030Bh 10h read   check the written data
8. check Not Valid (=OOL) and LOR of pin s to be disable
9. write other resisters
10. read other resisters for cheking the written data
11. 0100 11h write  close loop

 

Then customer modified sequence A to sequence B, it does not happen that

signal is not output at pin 34,35 and 38.
Adding action is doing "0012h 1Fh write (reset DDS,LF etc)" only between No.10 and No.11.
Sequence B is following,

add  0012h 1Fh write   reset DDS,LF etc

Customer has 2 questions.
Q1. Is sequence B appropriate for this case ?
Q2. Do you have any other solutions ?
