Can't install driver of AD9913 eval board on Win7 64-bit

I am a newbie in this field. I have a problem in installing the AD9913 eval board driver on my comp.

Here are my set ups:
1) 64-bit Windows 7.
2) Set JMP2 and JMP1.
3) Tried to connect the USB to both USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports.

After attempting to install the driver, Windows always shows a message "driver
was not successfully installed". (reason: driver not found). Do I need to put
an external oscillator (crystal) for it to work properly? The eval board that I use now is a bare board from analog device.

Please advise. I'm looking forward to your reply.
