Is there a way to know how much A9 MIPS am I using on CPU0 & CPU1 with Linux OS running?
Also, what is the best way to profile custom software algorithms on Zedboard with Linux OS running?
On Linux a wide variety of profiling tools exist. Each with different strengths and weaknesses and depending on what exactly you want to measure a different tool might be the right one. For an quick introduction you can check out this guide. The most well know tools are oprofile, perf, valgrind and gprof. You should be able to find comprehensive guides on how to use any of these. I hope you understand that we are not able to provide any of such guides directly at this moment.
