I'm working on low noise amplifiers and for diagnostics I want to place a switch in series with the source. For example if take 1kOhm Ron switch do I have to take 4nV/rtHz in account. Or is it the Johnson noise of 2/3 from 1kOhm. What happens with noise if Ron fluctuates with the on voltage of the switch (multiplicative noise??). Does any one got some idea about the contribution of 1/f noise (is there a relation with max supply voltage).
Does ADI provide these details in their spice models?
