Hi, any one can tell me that AD9364 input impedance value and output impedance value?.
is it 50 ohms or 50 to 100 ohms

I have gone through the AD9364 user guide 673. i am not understanding the following part at Page No. 62.
The AD9364 has with one receive path and one transmit path The receive path has three (A, B, and C)
LNA inputs and the transmit path has two (A and B) Tx outputs. The LNA inputs and Tx outputs require external impedance matching networks. The receiver LNA input ports may be utilized in either a single -
ended mode or differential mode. The transmitter output ports may only be utilized in a differential mode.
Can you tell me that input and output port impedance is single ended or differential ended.
if single ended means what is the input impedance and output impedance value?
if differential ended means what is the input impedance and output impedance value?
Hi, can any one help me for AD9364 module questions,
1.What is the status of GPO lines when AD9364 is sleep/ low power mode? Can they hold the configured status
2.Can we read AUX adc when device is in sleep/ standby mode? Can SPI works in sleep / stand by mode?
1. GPO line status is as configured when powered up and transitioned into SLEEP state. After that GPO configuration settings are retained when going back to SLEEP mode.
2. SPI works in this mode. AUXADC will not work because all clocks in the chip are turned off in this state. You may be able to read a stored output value from a completed A/D conversion but that probably will not be useful to you.
I have another one question.
Sleep mode what is the status of AUX DAC? Will it retain the same output voltage value when it goes to Sleep ?
In SLEEP state all internal clocks and other circuits are powered down. AUXDAC output will not have a valid output. When the part powers up and enters SLEEP mode AUXDACs are not enabled by default.
Can you please let us know what is the current consumption on below pins?
We are planing to power the above pins via a dedicated LDO with 1.3V, so we need to know what should be the rating on LDO to power on only above pins. Other 1P3 pins will have direct power from switcher that is rated as 1Amp.
I would recommend an LDO with a minimum of 300mA. It is important to select a low noise LDO for powering this section of the chip. Please see the datasheet on recommended approaches and part numbers for powering AD9361/4.
Tx ports can be used only differentially therefore impedance is 50ohms.
Rx ports can be used single ended or differentially. Each Rx port has two inputs. Inputs can be used differentially and the impedance then is as shown in differential impedance plots. Either side of the Rx input can be used as a single ended input. Impedance first order is half of the differential input impedance. S-parameter files are provided for both configurations, single ended or differential. Please consult part documentation for more details.
