How to make the constellation convergence? And what's the format of the Filter FIR needed in IIO?

If we use the loopback Digital Tx -> Digital Rx in IIO Oscilloscope, the constellation is not convergence. The reason is that the software does not intergrate the pulse-shaping filter, if we save the data and analyze the data in Matlab with pulse-shaping filte, we can see the convergence constellation. But how to add this filter to the IIO?  I want to use the RRC pulse-shaping filter to substitue the FIR filter.I generate a RRC filter in the matlab, but the IIO can not use it. Below is the filter content. Could you please help to tell me what's the format of the fir filter the IIO can use?
