here a debug on AD8192 for HDMI display, after several time hot plug, it happened the Picture "wrong display", after check the reset with MCU, there is not any improvement, would you please give some suggestion on it?
By "wrong display" is the sink displaying the video signal for INPUT B and not INPUT A or is it the video just not coming up correctly?
If the video signal is not coming up correctly then can you verify if the HDCP authentication and EDID exchange were performed correctly?
For the AD8192, are the HPD_A and HPD_B pins pulled-up to the +5V supply by a 1K resistor?
Have you looked at the HPD pulse? Does the timing and voltage levels look correct?
What are the pull-up resistor values on the DDC lines?
The AD8192 has active buffers on the DDC lines. These buffers isolate capacitance between the inputs and outputs. If the input is idle, the output should be idle. If the input has a high-to-low logic transition the output should also have a high-to-low transition and vice versa. Does the DDC signal look correct?
If you could please attach a copy of the schematic for the AD8192.
please find the SCH, customer using Channel B, after testing direlcy DDC to scaler by pass AD8192, thing seems ok.Please advice.
