CML to 1.2V single ended interface

I'm using a comparator ADCMP572 to detect rising edges of a signal comming from a sensor. The output of this comparator is CML and I need to convert this voltage level to 1.2V single ended to trigger the input of an ASIC. I'm wondering if ADCLK905 supplied at 2.4V could work for this task (interface from CML to 1.2V single ended). I'm worried if the Voh and Vol levels will met the 1.2V requirements. For this application we have strong jitter limitations since the ASIC is a custom TDC (Time-to-Digital Converter) with 36ps of step resolution.

Thank you very much in advance!
