Issue with BF547 Rev 0.4 and the NFC

We have a custom BF547 board with DDR RAM connecting MT29F4G08ABADAH4:D NAND flash using the hardware NFC.

We use blackfin-linux-dist-2011R1-RC3 and we observe the flowing,

Under Linux  we save uImage (~10MB) file (for firmware update purpose) in a mtd nand flash partition and let uboot to boot it.

Once in a while (once per 20 firmware updates) the write completes with a single bit error

('cp' reports nothing wrong but after we compare later we see single bit error in the saved file)

which result the uboot booting to fail with CRC error.

I've head that  BF547 has a hardware anomaly 05000500 related to NFC.

Do you think this issue relates to this hardware anomaly?

In the repository I don't find an bf5xx_nand.c update related to 05000500

Was this issue ever fixed or is it advisable not to use NFC?

Thank  you.
