Does the latest USB stack on the blackfin-buildroot support the I/O file transfer ?
Take a look at this linux-kernel:usb-gadget:file-backed_storage [Analog Devices Open Source| Mixed-signal and Digital Signal Processing I… hope it will help.
Hi Hammed, could you elaborate a bit more about your requirement? What kind of function and usage case you want to implement in your product with USB?
We are looking for a solution like FTP.
File/bulk transfers between an embedded application on the ADSP-BF609 and a Windows host PC running a WinUSB based host application. Acess of files on the host PC via the USB extension to the STDIO service.
You can set up the USB Ethernet between bf609 and host PC. Then, you can access the files on the host PC via FTP, samba, etc. from the bf609 Linux OS.
See document at http://blackfin.uclinux.org/doku.php?id=linux-kernel:usb-gadget:ethernet&s=usb&s=ethernet
We are looking to run STDIO service over USB to enable the communication between the blackfin and a windows host application WinUSB driver. not the gadget ethernet.
Thanks & Best Regards,
