I have a question about ADM 3311.
Please tell me the Junction Tempareture of ADM3311.
It's the same as the store range temp, 150 degree , right?
you can never tell, as it depends on many factors. You can operate the part up to +85 °C.
Some additional "degrees" will be produced by the part, but this contribution is very small(3.3V x 4.5mA; normal operation). Therefore you can just make an estimation. Maybe +90°C at
an ambient temperature of +85°C.

I see what you mean this device supports up to +85 °C.
I know there is no way to reach 150℃ as long as Ta is less than 85℃
But I need to konow device TJ we intend to use .
I found some devices like OP07, Tj is defined by150℃.
and Ta is up to 85℃.
So is it okay to consider ADM3311 Tj to be 150℃？
in my opinion, from the the power calculation and from experience,
you will never reach such a high temp. as 150 °C,
but I am not an AD engineer and therefore can not give you a absolut reliable answer.
Max junction temperature is not always the same as max storage temperature, it is typically lower. I'm not sure of the exact junction temperature that this part would have been simulated to but power dissipation is low in normal operating mode so you wouldn't expect the junction to rise much above ambient. Since max ambient is 85C, you should be safe to assume a max junction of 105C. In reality it maybe higher (e.g. 125C) but I can't find any data to support that (it's an old part)
