ADP5090 Datasheet Figure 24 "RE" is the kind of indicator, why have this one "RE" parameter? the key feature why? how can I calculate the "RE" values can you provide a formula to my reference?

the term "RE" stands for Equivalent Resistor:
The datasheet describes how to select these resistors for BATTERY OVERCHARGING PROTECTION, BATTERY DISCHARGING PROTECTION and POWER GOOD (PGOOD)
The equivalent resistor of the three external configuration resistor strings, RE, is recommended to be comprised of the same three resistor strings for easy resistor selection. Considering the quiescent current consumption, the sum of the resistors must be more than 6 MΩ, for example, RSD_HYS + RSD1 + RSD2 ≥6 MΩ
Where RSD_HYS is the internal 100K hysteresis resistor while the other resistors are external.
