I have put a 0.01uF and 51kΩ that are recommended in the data sheet to COMPDCDC_A ~ Dpin.
Please teach the output level(Voltage or Current) of this terminal.
AD uses 0603 smd parts for the compensating resistors and values. So I guess that power dissipation does not matter.
i think you are asking for the voltage level, as something does not work.
Do you have the 51 kOhm resistor and the 10 nF capacitor in series (and not parallel)?
As Reinhard have said, please check if the connection of the resistor and the capacitor is in series. Also take note that the pin us used for compensation for the DC-to-DC converter. Please check if you have selected the option for using the external compensation for the DC-to-DC converters.
Also, do not forget to check the flowchart on how to correctly program the sequence for enabling the output correctly (Figure 75 of the Rev.D data sheet) and for changing the output range (Figure 76).

It is to be designed in consideration of the derating.
