There is a NAND Flash Controller driver available in your tools installation path, which is generic and can be manipulated to whatever page size, etc. parameters are associated with the SLC NAND memory of your choice. If you are using VisualDSP, for example, it can be found in:

As to the processor question, the pin muxing on that processor will allow you to use both NAND flash and the EMAC, but the EMAC would be limited to RMII mode. If that is acceptable, all you need to do is initialize the port muxing scheme to force the NAND data bus to the alternate pins on port F such that the NAND Controller uses PF7:0 for data and PH15:10 for control and the EMAC uses PH8:0 and PG15:14 for RMII communication.
