High speed ADC with low input frequency

I want to use any high speed adc from analog devices for example AD9467 and according to my understanding its fixed 250MSPS is a sampling period of any input signal. will it work with very low frequency like between 150kHz and 400 kHz?? because i checked on matlab while implementing FIR filter its impossible to implement any FIR for example:


input frequency = 300 kHz

sampling freq = 250 MHz

bandpass cutoff = 250kHz - 350kHz


i have a plan to buy AD9467 FMC card
