Output offset with AD620

   I am using an AD620 to convert a differential signal to single ended,

with a gain of 1, as per attached schematic.  My input is a 250 mVpp sine

wave of frequencies 0.1 Hz to 10 MHz, with no DC offset voltage.



The output from the AD620 has a large DC offset on it of ~10V.  The

reference pin is tied to ground.  There is no RF present, so I don't think

that the RF Interference section of the datasheet applies.  There are no

offsets present when no input voltage is applied, of course.


The datasheet doesn't mention any way to null any output offset

voltage.  Could you advise whether I'm doing something wrong, or if there

is a way to reduce the output offset voltage.
