invalid VDDINT levels

Hi !

We use our own BF537 based board since 2Years. Everything works, but we observed some troubles on VDDINT Pin: more than 2V

if there is a defect/damaged FET transistor on a new produced board.

 

The DSP seems to be working correct.  But would could be happen with the DSP if the supply voltage (VDDINT) is greater all the time.

We observed a greater temperature in this cases.

Is there an option to detect this(ideally in software?), now we check the current consumption in the board test routine.
