Does anyone have a datasheet available for the AD8303JRU device? I am trying to ascertain what the J meant on this device i am assuming RU is the 14-Lead TSSOP identifier but cannot find any datasheets referencing the "J" device.
The J suffix usually refers to industrial grade parts. These parts have a wider operating temperature range of -40C to 105C compared to the commercial grade which has a range from -40C to 85C. The part is now obsolete. You may want to look at the newer alternative, AD5623R: Dual 12-Bit nanoDAC® with 5 ppm/°C On-Chip Reference.

Thank you very much for this information. I was looking for a datasheet that had the pin out and package drawing of the AD8303JRU device which i believe to be a 14 Lead TSSOP. I have been totally unable to locate it via any of the usual sources.
I am looking to replace this obsolete device but wanted to obtain some more information on it first.
This part is very old and I don't know the latest version of the data sheet and this one is the only version that I could find. In any case, I have attached the data sheet for your convenience.

How confident are you that the "J" means Industrial and it is not a part characteristic change from say the AD8303AR device listed on the datasheet you kindly linked? I am finding it very difficult to find any concrete information on this device and have had an open ticket with analog support for over a week now.
