When I type the following command, it works:

C:\ADI\CrossCore Embedded Studio 1.1.0>cldp -emu 1000 -proc ADSP-BF524 -driver "C:\temp\cldp\bf524_m25p32_dpia.dxe" -cmd prog

-erase affected -format bin -offset 0 -file "c:\temp\cldp\AA0416_u-boot.ldr"

Target          Blackfin Emulators/EZ-KIT Lites

Platform        ADSP-BF524 via ICE-1000

Processor       ADSP-BF524

Driver          C:\temp\cldp\bf524_m25p32_dpia.dxe

Program         c:\temp\cldp\AA0416_u-boot.ldr

..................................... done

But when I replace "-cmd prog" with "-cmd prog v", I get an error:

C:\ADI\CrossCore Embedded Studio 1.1.0>cldp -emu 1000 -proc ADSP-BF524 -driver "C:\temp\cldp\bf524_m25p32_dpia.dxe" -cmd prog

v -erase affected -format bin -offset 0 -file "c:\temp\cldp\AA0416_u-boot.ldr"

Target          Blackfin Emulators/EZ-KIT Lites

Platform        ADSP-BF524 via ICE-1000

Processor       ADSP-BF524

Driver          C:\temp\cldp\bf524_m25p32_dpia.dxe

Program         c:\temp\cldp\AA0416_u-boot.ldr

Error: could not write file, load will not complete.

Failed

What is the correct syntax to get cldp to verify that the flashed contents are correct?
