device not recognized anymore

I'm using the adausb2z to upload a program from Sigma Studio to the adau1701minibz. I installed the usb driver on Windows 8 and have been able to compile programs and upload it to the eeprom, but then it just stopped working. On the adausb2z, all the LEDs D1, D2, D3 and D4 are on, and it does not power up the adau1701minibz board (D3 on the eval board is off). Windows no longer recognizes the presence of a USB device too.

Do you know how we can fix this?
