SRAM init fails with ADSP2139

I'm using the ADSP21369 with a IS61LV5128AL SRAM for a professional product.

When I run my SW with Visual DSP (USB ICE), this SRAM works well.

With the same SW, booting in SPI slave mode ( a.ldr downloaded from an external processor), the DSP runs, but the SRAM or the AMI fails.

For example, I perform a memory check. I write 0xAA in the SRAM, and when I read this value, the core hangs on this reading.

I tried all possible settings on the AMICTL register, without any result.

There's no AMI initialisation in the boot code.

I also tried to set the memory registers as wrtitten in the ADSP-21369-proc.xml file. no way.

We've worked few weeks on this issue, and any help would be welcome.

The SPI boot-loader is attached to this message.

Thank you in advance.
