in the VDSP, we can use the EX_REENTRANT_HANDLER for BF.. but in the CCES, I can't find the API, so how to define the handler for nested interrupt in CCES ?
Nested interrupts are enabled by default, so you should be fine just using the new APIs in CCES.
VisualDSP++ supported a number of methods of configuring interrupts. To simplify this and provide a more consistent approach to programming interrupts across Analog Devices’ DSPs, these methods have been removed. Have a look at the following FAQ for information on interrupts in CCES - FAQ: How do I set up interrupts on SHARC?
Detailed information regarding the CCES interrupt mechanism can be found using the following path in CCES Help:
'CrossCore Embedded Studio 1.0.2' -> 'System Runtime Documentation' -> 'Interrupt Support'
Yes, i know the new APIs in CCES, but the customer wants to define a nested interrupt on bf609 , as you know, the nested interrupt in VDSP is defined by EX_REENTRANT_HANDLER, I don't know how to define it in CCES using the three APIs. any hint ? thanks.
i will try it on the bf609 ezboard. is it possible to choose a nested or not interrupt by the APIs?
It is not possible to choose, all your interrupts will be nested interrupts with the APIs.
