Can we use AD5933 or AD5944 for impedance measurement in the range of 1m Ohm to 100m Ohm & if yes, how can we achieve it?

The impedance measurement of AD5933 ranges from 1k Ohm to 1M Ohm but it can only extend up to 100 ohm with an additional circuitry. This was indicated in the datasheet and this is also the impedance range that it can cover.
Is there any alternate method to measure the impedance in the range of 1 m Ohm to 100 m Ohm?
I think we need a different analog front end to measure the very low impedance that you have. This would draw a lot of current and that can't be done by AD5933. I'm not sure but this kind of application may need current sense amplifiers and large scale current buffers for your external circuit. Without that circuit, you can't measure resistances at that range.
