RX IP3 calculation based on dBFS

I wish to measure the RX IIP3 of the AD936x using particular input tone amplitudes and frequency offsets.  My CW tones will be in the rejection band of the RF filters, so near out of band.

 

It seems I must know the ADC termination impedance and full scale pk-pk voltage to be able to convert dBFS to dBm.  I've looked for this information in UG-570 but could not find it.

 

Can you provide the ADC termination impedance and full scale pk-pk voltage?

OR

An alternate method of calculating RX system  IIP3.
