Best approach to create DSP with Dolby / DTS input

I am designing a 2.1 sound system, and I am considering ADAU1442 (or similar) DSP. However one important demand is that the system must be able to decode and process Dolby Digital and DTS at its input. I have looked around and there are several receivers that are capable of receiving these signals (eg. Cirrus Logic CS4816), but these devices aren't decompressing the audio.

The ADAU17xx or ADAU144x do not seem to have capabilities to do this.

Is this decompressing of audio impossible in these DSP devices, and am I obliged to implement a MCU or PLD next to this DSP to get this functionality?
