There is no spec on the frequency deviation between Rx and Tx LO. It does depend upon the relationship between the reference clock and the desired LO frequency, and it can be affected by the temperature gradient across the part. Characterization in the required configuration will be needed to determine the actual deviation.
The Rx2 port has the same sensitivity as the Rx1 port. See the datasheet for NF specs.
The external LO pin accepts 140MHz to 8GHz, allowing for LO operation from 70MHz to 4GHz.
I'm not sure I understand this answer. The Rx and Tx LOs are PLLs with a common reference. Why would there be any frequency deviation at all? Aren't they deterministically identical except for the divider phase?
