How do you compensate over temperature?

Phase compensation over temperature will vary with the use case. When an external LO is sourced there should be very minimal internal effects from temperature changes, the primary source of drift would be the LO distribution network. When the internal LO is generated the temperature delta between the different devices will be more important than the absolute temperature change. However, depending on the reference clock and LO frequency selection its possible that the phase calibration would need to be redone after a large enough temperature change. Characterization of the specific configuration would need to be done to determine the necessity and rate of recurrance.
