Please provide the frequency deviation between Tx LO & RX LO and tell me how to measure the deviation between those?

Rx LO and Tx LO are being generated by two identical RF PLLs. Nominally their frequencies should be the same for the same settings. There is not specification on relative LO deviation.

If i tune both Tx & Rx PLL to same frequency, will it be any frequency deviation or offset interms of Hz or mHz?

The RF PLL designs are identical and my expectation is for Rx and Tx LO frequencies to be identical nominally.
In addition to this, the two PLLs share the same reference clock signal which should also insure that the two LO frequency are the same. In practice there may be small differences, I would recommend spot checking a few frequencies used in your application. There is no specification available for this performance aspect.
How to check the those Rx & Tx LO frequencies?
Tx LO you would measure at the Tx output.
For Rx LO you would have to capture the output data and measure the frequency indirectly.
You can also do RF loopback where you would receive Tx output and observe the difference between LOs (if any).
