I need to create a delay of an audio signal around 100 to 500μsecond. Do you know what kind of chip or electronic systeme I could use to do that?

analog to digital converters create usually a delay of ca. 1msecond. I would assume, that you can play with some cascaded (analog) allpass filters. But of course it depends on your requirements on audio signal quality, frequency range and so on.
If it shall be only a delay first signal against a second signal, you can convert both signals analogue to digital, apply a fractional delay filter (digital domain) on first signal and convert both back to analog.
