In our application we use the AD8351 as a single-ended-to-differatial converter to drive a ADC.

Is there a formula to calculate the gain for a single-ended-to-differential operation? There are only two figures for resistor selection in the datasheet, which could be a bit inaccurate. We need a gain of 1. The input signal (0..4.1V has been damped by another OP beforehand.

There is no defined formula that relates Rl, Rg and Rf to the Voltage Gain of AD8351 for single-ended configuration. As for the formula of the Voltage gain, you can use Av = 20 Log(Vout/Vin). If you are also concerned with the power gain you will have to use, Ap = { 20Log(Vout/Vin) + 10Log(Rin/Rout) } ; note that the second term of the equation is impedance mismatch of the resistive output matching network and the 50 ohm impedance at the spectrum analyzer/oscilloscope.
