I am using SM5652 constant voltage low pressure sensors. I cant get the reading properly and also the output is not stable.what type of instrumentation amplifier is suit for such sensors?

You may also want to tell me more about your applications so that I can recommend the most suitable parts for your circuit. You may also want to read some of our reference circuits that deals with bridge type pressure transducer.

i dont have much ideas about these things. I selected SM5652 only because of the low pressure range. I need to find the low pressure of air. i connected the output of the SM5652 to arduino mega 2560 for data acquisition. But its not working properly,its need to amplify the output of the SM5652. If u have any exact circuit diagram, it will more helpful to me. I need to make the output which detectable to arduino.
I do the same for the thermocouple. I used AD8497 amplifier with ADG507 multiplexer. Now its working properly.

I selected SM5652 only because of the low pressure range (0-.15 psi). I need to connect the output of the SM5652 to the arduino mega2560. But it should be amplified and stable. Therefore i want to make it a such a way output from SM5652. If is there any complete circuit diagram for this.it will more helpful to me.
i am also using thermocouple in the same conditions. later i used AD8497 amplifier and AD507 multiplexer, now its working properly
Actually you can modify the CN0295 reference circuit to fit on your design. Are you going to build this on PCB board? Below is a simple circuit but feel free to add/remove or modify it based on your needs i.e. Voltage drive.
You may want to have a gain of 100 to 200 to amplify the signal form the sensor. Formula for getting the value of the RG (gain resistor) can be found on its datasheet. Other instrumentation amplifier that you may want to consider is the AD627 which has a better linearity and the AD8420 which the output voltage swing is completely independent of the input common-mode voltage.
