Isolate GND1 and GNDB in ADuM3223 ?

I use at the moment an ADuM3223 isolator to control an half-bridge. To control the isolator, I use only one 12V supply and a charge pump on the pins 11 and 16.

The problem is that the system works only when the GND1 and the GNDB (pins 4 and 9) are on the same potential. When I separate those two ground, the control voltages of the MOSFETs stay to 0V.

Could you help me to understand this problem ?
