We are planning to buy AD9653-125EBZ and/or AD9643-250EBZ, but I could not find any FPGA Reference Design (Example HDL code) for these boards.
Do you give the FPGA Reference Designs of these boards?

The FPGA code the High Speed ADC group uses for capturing AD9653 outputs on the Xilinx Virtex-4 can be found in this link.

I am guessing (correct me if I am wrong)- these require the interposer boards correct?
The only thing close to this we have is the FMCOMMS1 (AD9643).
You can try porting that- but check the pin mappings first.

We will use "HIGH SPEED ADC FMC INTERPOSER" to connect the ADC card with the FPGA.

No, we do not provide a specific design for the AD9653 to a Xilinx development system through the interposer (today). We can add it to the list, but right now, the list is pretty long. If you want to see something that is close, have a look at the AD9643 design which is part of FMCOMMS1.
Jonathon is also correct, but answers a different question.
If you are looking for something specific to the AD9653 - you can have a look at the design which was done for the ADI carrier card, and port things over to the Xilinx system yourself.
