MEMS and radiated/conductive emissions

What data do we have regarding radiated and conductive emissions in various MEMS products? Using the adxl345 might be a great example.

For example:

What will the internal switching frequency be and what is the effect on parts in the vicinity? Are there internal DC-DC converters? If so, is there an oscillator for those DC-DC converters? What does the die look like under an EMI scope while powered and operating normally? What information can we supply and should we supply to the customer?
