The x-axis in the graph is a logarithmic scale which means that numbers are not evenly spaced. So, the vertical marks between 1 and 100 are 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, and 90 respectively and the vertical marks between 100 and 10k are 2k, 3k, 4k, 5k, 6k, 7k, 8k, and 9k respectively.

You are asking the RMS noise of a 5 KSPS ODR. So basing from the graph, this is the 4th vertical mark after 100. Looks like the RMS noise at this point is around ~6 uV.
