I would like to know the power supply sequencing of ADG1208.
The the absolute maximum rating shows "Vdd to Vss: 35V", is the "35V" a absolute value or signed value?
Is Vss allowed to apply power before Vdd?
The best power up sequence for the ADG1208 is:
While the maximum ratings show 35V as the largest voltage allowed between Vdd and Vss it is not recommended to operate the part with this level of voltage. The maximum voltage recommended for operation is +/16.5V. Exceeding this level for long periods of time may degrade the specifications and lifetime of the part and is not recommended.
If you require 35V operation I recommend using the ADG5208 product, which is fully specified at this voltage level. A link to the data sheet is below.

I understand your power sequence recommendation.
In the sequence of your recommendation, when Vss power up previously, Vdd to Vss became a value of minus, but I could not find the absolute maximum rating.
I am going to use it by +/-15V.

Simply, when Vss (-15V) apply power and Vdd (+15V) do not apply power, Vdd to Vss is -15V.
