I am looking for a module with can provide DPD solution for a 1-30MHz transmitter?
Does ADi devices provide such a solution with FPGA?
Or may be any existing product can be used with some modifications?

ADI doesn't really offer a radio which includes DPD which is targeted sub 30MHz carrier.
We have various components that will run this low, but not an integrated solution.
Moved to FPGA Reference designs.
It depends on what sort of performance you are looking for, how much work you want to do yourself, and and what sort of licensing you can afford. Good, fast and cheap - pick two.
DPD is one of those algorithms, while there are lots of textbook implementations, few perform well, and the production ready solutions include lots of non-textbook IP.
A little more details might help us point you in the right direction.
I am looking for hardware support. I need a transmitter and receiver (as feedback) system working at 1- 30 MHz range and I need access to baseband data to implement my own algorithm.
I am investigating if such a complete system already exists and I can just deal with algorithm implementation.
OR I am also open to suggestions, where I can combine various parts to create a testbed of my own.
I mean quadrature modulator, quadrature demodulator etc. to work in such a range. FPGA and DAC , ADC adapter cards capable of interfacing with FPGA.

I wanted a transmitter and receiver system working at 1-30 MHz carrier frequency. I think I have to find components from various vendors to accomplish it as most of the current transmitter-receiver system for DPD are working according to current commercial bands.

When you say "1 - 30MHz" are you talking about the actual RF frequency, or the channel bandwidth?
