Zedboard: AD9643 - Running Test Alternating Checkerboard Failed

Dear Sir

For your information, I have purchased a Zedboard with Software Defined Radio (SDR) kit module, FMCOMMS1-EBZ and tested with Linux OS that came together with the SD Card. Unfortunately, the card itself was not booted accordingly, as shown in following output file.

Anyway, I've downloaded from http://wiki.analog.com/resources/tools-software/linux-software/zynq_images and it was successfully booted and the video image can be displayed through HDMI interface.

The next experiment  was to test the Radio Kit module (attached to zedboard) on ADC  data capture using digital self-test for AD9643, but one of the test was failed, namely  Alternating Checkerboard which I referred to Getting Started Guide,  https://www.em.avnet.com/Support%20And%20Downloads/GS-AES-ZSDR-ADI-G-v4-web.pdf,

The error messages of the Alternating checkerboard test is shown as below

For your information, the boards purchased are Zedboard Rev D and AD-FMCOMMS1-EBZ Rev B

I hope that you can help me to solve the Alternating Checkerboard test problem
