The sign of the CMR and more questions

Dear Colleagues,

The CMR is usually given as a positive number. Can it be a negative number for a real operational amplifier?

Can the output voltage of the operational amplifier increase or decrease to the positive increase in common mode voltage, depending on the part?

What determines this behavior?

How the common mode voltage effect is measured?

Could you suggest a circuit able to measure it within 1 Hz ... 100 kHz frequency range (as a complex number)? We own Stanford SR830 lock-in amplifier.

Is there an in-depth publication answering above questions?

Thank you and best regards,
