does anybody know the range of the provided sample rate and how this rate will be computed/generate? Is there any documentation about this?

In order to get lower you need to load a FIR filter which specifies interpolation/decimation.
Try to load the GSM filter - then you should be able to go all the way down.
The information you are looking for is available in three different documents: Filter Guide, Digital Interface document and the Calibration document.
but i can't find any expression of a sample rate range, like 0.4 to 61 MSPS. Basically i would say the minimum sample rate must be a little higher than 0.4 MSPS, because the minimum corner frequency of the analog filter is 200 kHz (in term of aliasing).
You can go by RF bandwidth and have a range of 200kHz to 56MHz (where 200kHz is minmum RF bandwidth and 56MHz is maximum RF bandwidth.
So, can you tell me what is the minimum sample rate?

is there any way to controle this configuration out of die ADI IIO Oscilloscope? I don't know the tool that you seems to be used (ref to the attached figure). In IIO Oscilloscope the lowest sample rate seems to be 960ksps
