Can anyone tell me the effective number of bits (ENOB) and SFDR of the 12 ADC used in the AD9361 Rx path.
Sorry, this information is not available. ENOB will vary depending on the configuration of the sigma delta ADC (depending on OSR).
ADC is not characterized/specified individually, instead, Rx channel is specified as a signal chain.

In my application, I am need sufficient gain ahead of the ZIF to toggle the ADC ~2bits above its noise floor.
If I set the 12 bit ADC to toggle at 10 bits ( calulated) on noise and the ENOB is 9 bits then I am not toggling above the noise floor of the ADC and I could miss information on the incomming signal. Setting the gain high enough to
· guarantee I am toggling on noise and if the ENOB is below my noise togle set point I will reduce the system dynamic range. This is why I need the ENOB of the part.
I would think in you layout cell library you would have the information for ENOB like you do on other ADC's.

If not, is there a way I can check to see what the ENOB is?
