I need to generate 10Hz Square pulse with Duty cycle of 0.1% i.e. Ton=100us, Toff=99.9ms, please suggest me with readily available ICs where i can change passive components to generate the pulse accurately or via programming.
The generation of the 10Hz signal is quite easy using one of our DDS parts like the AD9912. Turning it into a pulse is more difficult. If I were doing it, I'd use a high pass LC filter to take a square wave and turn it into a pulse train. It's quite easy to get an eval board, and experiment with various sizes of decoupling caps to achieve your desired result.
Also, we have the AD9516 and AD9520 families that have an output divider capable of doing a /32 with (for instance) 2 high cycles and 30 low cycles. While this is not 0.1%, the output duty cycle can be as low as 5%.
