I have an FMComms2 board and am using the ad9361 linux drivers to control it. I have been successful at getting it to transmit a tone, but now I want to have it transmit a waveform that I have stored in a file. I found the examples here (https://wiki.analog.com/resources/eval/user-guides/ad-fmcomms2-ebz/software/linux/applications/shell_scripts) that show me how to transmit using the buffer. However, I have a couple of questions:
1. How do I tell the driver that the data in the buffer is 16-bit I and 16-bit Q interleaved?
2. Can I set the the driver up to play the data in the buffer continuously?
3. Is it possible to get some type of signal from the driver when the tranmission is complete?
