Building FMCOMMS2 Reference Design

Hello,

I am using the FMCOMMS2 reference design with the ZedBoard.  Currently, I am trying to build the bitstream myself and successfully run it.  When I use my own, generated system.bit, the system boots up successfully, but the AD9361 does not work in the ADI IIO oscilloscope.  I actually don't see any devices in the IIO Oscilloscope.

When I check the kernel logs, I see the following message:

Dec 31 17:00:03 zed0 kernel: cf_axi_dds_so 79024000.cf-ad9361-dds-core-lpc: Major version mismatch between PCORE and driver. Driver expected 6.00.a, PCORE reported 4.00.b

Dec 31 17:00:03 zed0 kernel: cf_axi_adc 79020000.cf-ad9361-lpc: Major version mismatch between PCORE and driver. Driver expected 6.00.a, PCORE reported 4.00.b

I am building version 14_4_2013_10_22 with EDK 14.4, along with the kernel version 3.13.0-ge5dbf56 on the xcomm_zynq-2013-04-19 tag on the xcomm_zynq branch.  Also worth noting is that the kernel(s) I build work perfectly fine with the "stock" bitfile that comes with the FMCOMMS2 distribution.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
