ADSP-21479-EZBRD does not boot in "Digital-In" mode

Software :
SigmaStudio 3.9

SigmaStudio for SHARC 2.1.0

Crosscore Embedded Studio 1.0.3

Hardware :

ADSP-21479-EZBRD evaluation board (Rev 1.0)

ADZS-USBI2EZB converter

I have been running the default example schematics application as-is, using the analog inputs, and it seems to work fine.

When I change the Input-Output Mode setting in the Hardware Configuration tab from "Analog-In" to "Digital-In" in order to use the S/PDIF input, the board does not seem to boot properly. The two LEDs which are normally indicating successful boot do not light up after clicking "Boot Target" in SigmaStudio.

Does anybode know why?

Best regards,

Torje N. Thorsen
