in a totempole pfc we are seeing a strange effect with the adum3223 Driver.,  Although the circuit is normally working well, under certain pulse conditions the AD gives a 900nS Output pulse when the input is only 100nS Long.  This creates shoot through in our halfbridge circuit.

dv/dt is only about 20V/ns and we have seen the behavoius with even lower dv/dt, although at high dv/dt the circuit is working well.

Is this a Problem with the short pulse width,

how can we avoid it?
