I just received a BF609 EZKit and I read that U-Boot is already supported. Do you know if there is available a precomplied LDF file of the U-Boot program that could be loaded directly onto the EZKit for quick verification?
I have moved this from the Processors and DSP community to the Das U-Boot for Blackfin community. Please continue the discussion here.
I think LDF is a concept in VDSP. What is your goal? Share us more information about what you are trying to implement. In u-boot, usually we can use command like "bootldr", "bootelf" to run a program in the u-boot environment.
Thanks sonic! that's what i was looking for. i got it loaded onto my EZKit.
I was wondering, since i'm trying to build in u-boot as a bootloader and then have a main application run afterwards. the goal is that i use u-boot as a startup application to check the interfaces to see what is present and then select the source to download the code (if something is present) and then after a short timeout it will transition to the main program.
Do you have any details on how i could implement this?
Could you start a new thread for your new issue? One thread one topic style would my issue track easier, thanks.
